Real Estate Acquisition & Sales

Richard Pressman has significant experience in drafting, negotiating and completing real estate purchase and sale agreements for both commercial and residential real estate clients.  He has represented clients in the purchase of real estate for multi-million dollar multi­family housing properties, conversions of industrial to residential housing, mixed-use real estate projects, retail and commercial projects.  As part of the real estate purchase process, he advises and assists the client in collaboration with his accountant and financial partners with entity selection and formation; leading to the drafting of letters of intent and negotiations of the purchase or sale contract, through the due diligence phase of the acquisition including physical condition of the property and feasibility of the project, and financing. He also routinely represents buyers and sellers in the sale of individual residential properties.
